American Communications Launches Services in South America

SANTA BARBARA, Calif.—November 26, 2007—American Communications, a leading supplier of equipment and services for communication network infrastructure, today announced it has expanded its services to Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay, and Uruguay.

American Communications now provides solutions for data, wireless, and wireline networks in these countries. Services include buying and selling high-quality communication equipment, installation, de-installation, equipment repair and maintenance, tower and field work, and services offered to streamline or migrate networks to next-generation technology.

In preparation for the expansion, American Communications has built a sales and customer support team that is bilingual , is immersed in the South American business community, and has opened an office in Buenos Aires, Argentina to be readily accessible in servicing customers. In addition, American Communications’ comprehensive suite of solutions addresses the key issues of supporting a wide variety of networks with diverse quality of service requirements, while driving down operating costs.
