Phil Grace is chief executive officer of American Communications. Since joining American Communications in November, 2002, Grace has drawn on his depth of global telecommunication experience to drive sustainable business improvements that build on the company’s innovative strengths in delivering unparalleled levels of service and network equipment.
Grace has over 18 years of impressive business development experience with management roles at one of the secondary equipment market’s highest profile innovators – Somera Communications.
Prior to his current role at American Communications, he was vice president at Somera Communications for five years where he was a key player leading the company’s dominance in market share gains and in significant profitability improvements. Grace led innovative business ventures and started a new equipment sales division that grew to more than $100M in revenue in just over three years.
Before his leadership position at Somera Communication, Grace held positions as Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Director of Business Development for Investec and The Tynan Group.

Christine Anderson - Executive Vice President
Chief Operating Officer - Chief Financial Officer
Christine Anderson is executive vice president, chief operating officer and chief financial officer at American Communications. In these capacities, Anderson is responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations, overall company direction and planning, and partnering with the CEO, President, Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Operations, and the Vice President of Finance to support and drive the sales, services, and marketing cycle at American Communications.
Anderson provides leadership to create and define the value chain for the sales and services model from which organization, staffing, compensation plans, and sales goals result. She is responsible for the decision support model on investments related to sales, services, and marketing.
Anderson joined American Communications in 2006 from InfoGenesis where she was CFO and played an instrumental role in managing the company’s growth up to and through its acquisition. Prior to that, she was Corporate Controller for E. Khashoggi Industries, and an audit manager for Deloitte and Touche.
Christine is an executive who combines financial and administrative management capabilities with a strong focus on maximizing customer value.

Kevin Champagne - Vice President, Sales
Kevin Champagne is vice president, sales for American Communications. Champagne is responsible for leading the Company’s corporate sales strategy including business development. In addition, Champagne’s focus includes new market opportunities, emerging technologies, and strategic partnerships as well as driving all related key sales decision-making processes for American Communications.
Building on a 20-year career in telecommunications, Champagne brings to American Communications experience in network planning and integration for telecom service providers, specializing in the development of integrated marketing plans to support new products and services.
Prior to joining American Communications, Champagne held strategic sales management and director positions with Nortel Networks and Cisco Systems Inc.

Phil Wade - Vice President, Operations
Phil Wade is vice president, operations for American Communications. In this role, Wade is responsible for all aspects of operations management, including shipping and receiving, product testing and quality assurance, warehouse procedures, and operations staffing and management.
Wade brings to American Communications an extensive background in general management, corporate operations, finance, information systems, auditing, and supply chain management. He holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification in all aspects of operations, test, measurement and control procedures.
Wade has also served in a similar capacity at Somera Communications and various operations and financial management positions with McKesson Company.

Kevin Spinelli - Vice President, Finance
Kevin Spinelli is vice president, finance for American Communications. In this position, he leverages many years of experience in technology and telecommunications financial management along with a deep understanding of the telecommunication marketplace, opportunities, and challenges.
Spinelli has led the finance and accounting team through a period of tremendous growth for the company and continues to drive the Company’s corporate financial goals.
Prior to joining American Communications, Spinelli played instrumental roles in high technology start-ups, including CFO of Remedyne Corporation. He also led financial management roles with Telseon, Homestore.com and Star Telecom, where he was instrumental in managing an initial public offering and a variety of merger and acquisition activities.
