Job Descriptions

Account Executive - Sweeper
If you're driven, tenacious, and with a professional demeanor, this high-profile role within our Sales Team may be the position for you. In this position, you would drive and enhance equipment Gross Profit through the procurement of equipment from Resellers, End Users, Manufacturers, and VAR’s. You would also assist in selling excess inventory consistent with company defined metrics and financial objectives.

Responsibilities:
•Look for items needed by our sales team with a primary focus on resellers.
•Negotiate better price/terms for on purchases with resellers.
•Calling all the resellers to identify below market price buys to share with sales team.
•Calling all the resellers and trying to develop leads to sell our excess inventory.
•Develop a comprehensive list of all resellers, contacts, (names/numbers/emails), and equipment (documented by market segment and OEM platform) that each reseller typically buys/sells.

Key Accountabilities:
•Negotiate lot purchases of equipment with Resellers, responsible for underwriting the proper value of the equipment, allocating costs, and negotiating terms.
•Accountable for meeting and/or exceeding assigned procurement objective and monthly gross profit quotas by purchasing equipment as indicated is a demand within our customer base.
•Responsible for managing all Inventory purchase requests and fulfillment of the requests from the sales team. This may include managing the Reseller relationships, identify which Resellers carry what products, negotiating the correct pricing and terms.
•Work with sales team members to facilitate the sale of the equipment, or to identify accounts where equipment could be sold.
•Prepare internal spec sheets on equipment that the sales team can use to sell the equipment to their end-user customers.
•Provide assistance in identifying the proper valuation of equipment identified for a buy opportunity. Actively pursue identifying new purchase opportunities of qualified inventory.
•Manage all inventory in stock, ensure that inventory turns are maximized to avoid write-downs or scrap.
•Run weekly inventory reports and sort product by volume and value.
•Review performance of existing vendors and track key metrics such as on-time delivery, warranty claims, price competitiveness.
•Develop and maintaining a supply pipeline of products, availability dates, and competitive information to use to match with Sales pipeline.
•Prepare and execute Purchase Orders as needed or work with Logistics Coordinator on such transactions.

Skills/Knowledge Required:
•Minimum of 2-3 years of purchasing/vendor negotiations or related experience.
•Negotiation skills – must be able to inquire needs while identifying any buy or sell opportunities, overcome objections and close purchase opportunities.
•Ability to learn technical concepts is critical.
•Must be self motivated and self disciplined and provide prompt follow-up to all internal inquiries and vendor activities.

Accounting Support Clerk
The Accounting Support Clerk will support the accounting department with various daily tasks related to the Invoicing, Credit/Collections, and Accounts Payable functions. Intended as a paid, full time position, the Accounting Support Clerk will work directly with accounting department staff. This position will bring direct accounting department experience, including but not limited to: standard accounting processes and policies and their direct application within a corporate environment, integrated accounting software and reporting, direct use of MS Office 07.

Skills and Experience Needed:
•Add new customers and new vendors in Great Plains.
•Assist with gathering necessary information for credit applications.
•Support daily invoicing functions with matching paperwork, maintaining accurate mailing lists for specific customer needs and ensuring invoices are prepared for mail delivery daily.
•Support Accounts Payable by following up on documents required such as purchase orders, charge slips, sales tickets, etc.
•Assist with preparation of check run documents for signature and prepare payments for mailing.
•Maintain payment or other transaction records.
•Additional projects as needed, i.e. support for audit testing and documents requested, month end close support, etc.

Skills/Knowledge Required:
•Strong PC skills in Outlook, Word and Excel.
•Well organized ability to complete daily tasks and projects on time.
•Good oral and written communication skills.
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
•Experience with Great Plains helpful.

Ericsson UMTS Tech Engineer
With a state of the art test and repair facility strategically located in Dallas, Texas and capable of testing and repairing over 10,000 products from over 100 manufacturers, Tier 1 carriers, Fortune 500 companies, and government entities rely on our certified technicians to ensure their equipment is functioning to its optimal state. We are looking for this key team player to join our company.

Responsibilities:
•Testing and commissioning of Ericsson RBS 3206 equipment.
•Configure IDB using OMT software program for RBS 3206 series.
•Isolate and trouble shoot problems during hardware and software faults and apply Corrective actions.
•Know how to configure and test the Aeroflex 6413A Base Station Test System.
•Strong UMTS technical knowledge.
•Ability to provide training and guidance to less experience RF engineers.

Required Experience and Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelors degree in engineering, telecommunications or computer science discipline and a minimum of three years minimum work experience in a related field.

Diagnostic and Repair Technician, Levels I, II, and Senior
Our success in diagnostic test and repair has resulted in a need for an ever expanding team. Join us and be a part of a successful business that repairs equipment for the nation’s leading communication service providers and end-users.

Job responsibilities include system and component-level testing, use of diagnostic tools to identify failed components, and repair/replacement of parts.

Technical Responsibilities:
•The ideal candidate will have a background in telecommunication products repair with advanced skill level in soldering on SMD, BGA, and through-hole components.
•Must have the ability to use test equipment such as a digital oscilloscope, power meter, signal generator, and spectrum analyzer to perform component level diagnostics without the use of schematics.
•Previous experience with system level testing and repair on CDMA, GSM, TDMA and microwave related products.
•Strong RF experience and basic analog and digital electronics theory.

Additional Requirements:
•Previous work experience in a technical facility performing component level repairs and/or rework.
•Associate’s degree in a technical field or an equivalent level of education or technical experience is required for a Diagnostic Technician.
•Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.

Lead Tower Technician
Be a part of our growing field services team as our Lead Tower Technician. In this position you would perform tower-climbing duties including line and antenna installation, oversee crew activities and be the onsite liaison to the customer representative. You will also be responsible for installation and termination of Cat 5 cabling, coaxial cabling, grounding, surge arrestors, hardware and software applicable to job.

The Lead Tower Technician will be the point person for field activities as they relate tower climbing, cable and antenna installation/surveys and will be responsible for overall crew activities and onsite safety.

Key Responsibilities:
•Review climbing safety parameters with crew members before each job begins.
•Perform pre-work safety checks on tower and sites and keep log of all issues.
•Perform physical inspection of antenna lines, antennas and document physical parameters of set-up.
•Perform antenna installation and verify proper set up to given parameters.
•Provide daily reports to management on work performed obtaining all appropriate customer sign offs.
•Ensure quality of all worked performed and be responsible for updating customers technical representative.
•Transport site personnel, equipment and gear to site locations.

Additional Requirements:
•Comtrain tower climber certification or an equivalent level of certification or technical experience.
•Rescue climbing certification or an equivalent level of certification.
•Strong understanding of cable installation with Comscope, Andrews and RFS types.
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
•Strong understanding of microwave systems including installation, set up and pathing of antennas.
•Working knowledge of licensed microwave radios systems.

Sales Account Manager
Join our ever expanding sales team and help generate gross profit through the positioning and selling of our products and services. Provide customer, market, and product feedback to VP, Sales to assist the team in identifying opportunities as well as forecasting market demand. The Sales Account Manager will be the point person for buys and sales of equipment and identifying sales opportunities for services within their account base.

Key Responsibilities:
•Responsible for managing a deck of 50-60 active accounts within assigned territory/accounts.
•Will hunt and farm with these accounts and develop and maintain relationships with the key decision makers that purchase our products and services.
•Conduct daily calls within company metrics to assigned customer base inquiring into all equipment, service and repair needs, as well as, equipment for available for purchase. Each customer is to be contacted a minimum of every 90 days.
•Accountable for meeting and/or exceeding assigned procurement objective and monthly gross profit quotas, maintaining existing and building new gross profit within named account base.
•Prepare and execute Purchase Orders as needed or work with Logistics Coordinator on such transactions.
•Provide key customer feedback to VP, Sales.
•Input customer information and requirements into customer contact information record to facilitate future buy and sell opportunities.
•Gather and input all necessary customer information as it relates to creating a new customer/vendor, applying for credit terms, payment, shipping, etc.
•Initiate the process to provide required information to the sales team members to facilitate the sale of the equipment, or to identify accounts where equipment could be sold.
•Provide assistance in identifying the proper valuation of equipment identified for a buy opportunity. Actively pursue identifying new purchase opportunities of qualified inventory.
•Knowledge of the industry is required.

Additional Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent level of experience, preferably in business, marketing or communications.
•Minimum of 4-5 years of sales or customer service related experience.
•Negotiation skills – must be able to inquire about customers needs while identifying any buy or sell opportunities, overcome objections and close purchase opportunities.

Tower Climber/Tower Services Technician

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Reliable and on time for every job, each day.
•Handle the daily transportation of goods and equipment
•Installation/De-installation of coax line, connectors, antenna and accessories; and perform maintenance on tower equipment.
•Multitasking in a demanding environment with late hours with some weekends and holidays.
•Execute responsibilities as a team player.
•Maintain good interpersonal relationships and communications skills within a small group of co-workers.
•Prepare accurate documentation of time and expenses and promptly provide reports to a Construction Manager.
•Exercise cost control and good judgement when using company credit card.
•Consistent demonstration of meeting and performing to time tables and due dates.
•Focus in a fast paced environment under extreme conditions and pay strong attention to detail.
•Understand the importance of customer satisfaction and quality control.
•Keep all proprietary and confidential information private and secure at all times.

Required Experience and Qualifications:
•Current ComTrain or equivalent certification in TS&R
•High School Diploma or GED
•Good written and verbal skills
•Valid Driver's License
•Background Screen-No violent crimes
•Pass a Pre-employment drug screen and physical
•2 years experience in tower services is a plus
•Ability to climb up to 400 feet.
•Able to lift at least 80lbs.
•Microwave antenna installation experience
•Basic operation of Excel, Word and Outlook and other basic computer skills
•Understanding of OSHA requirements/law
•Significant travel time required

Additional Qualifications / Preferred but not required:
•First Aid/CPR certified
•Anritsu and Dragon Wave 
•Line sweeping capabilities
